Spaghetti in Italian!
Ingredients:
2 segments of garlic
1 chili pepper
70ml olive oil
500g tomato
30g capers
30g olives without stones
1.25 salt tsp
30g fresh basil
300g spaghetti
At once put on fire water for spaghetti, and then start sauce preparation. Crush garlic and peppers of Chile. If you wish less sharpness — do not forget to remove seeds. Fry everything couple of minutes on olive oil.
Peel ripe tomatoes of thin skin, previously having made on it crosswise cut and having lowered in boiled water for minute.
Well crush tomatoes and add to frying pan to garlic and pepper, bring to the boil and let's boil minutes 5 on small fire.
Add capers and the cut olives, salt and prepare 5 more minutes.
In minute until the end of preparation of sauce put in it the cut basil.
Cook spaghetti to condition of al tent, merge water and sprinkle olive oil.
Put hot spaghettis on plate, and from above lay out sauce.
