Heavenly tiramisu
Ingredients:
2 cups of espresso or strong coffee of room temperature
2 tablespoons of wine or dark rum
2 eggs, egg whites and yolks to divide
1/4 glasses of granulated sugar
250 g of mascarpone cheese
1/2 glasses of fat cream for beating cooled
20 pieces of cookies of savoyarda
cocoa for topping
Preparation:
The mixer shake up yolks with sugar.
Lay out mascarpone there and continue to shake up.

Pour in wine in coffee.
