Smart cake

(To the one who did not meet such wonderful cake yet, I will explain why it so is called. All ingredients mix up, very mobile dough turns out, but in oven it is stratified in a smart way on layers: and at you the pie with cream in the middle turns out. Stratification happens due to different fat content of components.)

It is necessary (on form 20kh20sm)
4 eggs
125 g of oil
500 ml of warm milk
115 g of flour
150 g of sugar
0,5-1 chl vanillin without hill
1 St of l of water

Preparation:

1. To separate proteins from yolks
2. To beat whites with salt pinch to steady peaks
3. To shake up yolks with sugar, vanillin and water
4. To kindle oil and slightly to cool
5. to pour in the cooled-down oil in yolks and to shake up
6. To pour flour into 3 receptions, carefully shaking up every time
7. To pour out half of milk, carefully to shake up, then the remained milk and again to shake up
8. Accurately to mix proteins, the movement from top to down.

Form to oil and strew with flour (the form has to be ONE-PIECE!). To pour out dough (dough will turn out even more liquid than on pancakes). To put in oven at 175C for 40minut-1 hours 20 minutes. It is required to someone less, someone has more than time, everything depends on oven. Be guided by appearance: from above it has to be reddened well, and contents absolutely slightly to wave.
Completely to cool. To strew with icing sugar and to cut for the portion.
