Ribs in balsam sauce
Ingredients:
Garlic - 8 cloves Rosemary - 2 tablespoons Refiner syrup - 2 tablespoons + 1/4 glasses Balsam vinegar - 2 tablespoons + 1/2 glasses Paprika - 1 teaspoon Pork ribs - 4 pieces Water - 1 1/2 glasses Salt, pepper - to taste
Small cut fresh rosemary.
In bowl mix rosemary, 2 tablespoons of refiner syrup both balsam vinegar and paprika.
Clear 8 garlic gloves.
Small cut garlic. On garlic fill 1 teaspoon of salt, once again chop garlic that salt was absorbed. Mix and add to balsam mix. Mix with 1/2 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sprinkling pepper.
Leave ribs to be kept waiting for 8-24 hours in the refrigerator in the prepared sauce.
Heat oven to 220 degrees. On baking tray pour 1/2 glasses of water and lay out ribs.
Cover baking tray with foil and bake about 1 hour 45 minutes.
On baking tray pour one glass of water and wooden scapula clear it. Pour liquid in frying pan and add 1/2 glasses of balsam vinegar and 1/4 glasses of refiner syrup. Bring to the boil and take on small fire (15 minutes).
Lay out ribs on grill. Cover them with sauce and fry from both parties (about 6 minutes)
