Pie Black magic
Ingredients:
245 g of flour
300 g of granulated sugar
70 g of cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
250 ml of amasi or buttermilk
250 ml of strong made coffee
125 ml of vegetable oil
2 teaspoons of extract of vanilla
Chocolate cream:
100 g of bitter chocolate
25 g of desi (80 ml of cream)
60 ml of milk
Preparation:
Heat oven to 180 degrees. Grease 2 forms for pie with desi and lay paper for pastries. At first mix all dry ingredients, then as it should be in which ingredients are specified, add them to dough. Bring it to homogeneous mass and pour in equal quantity in forms.
Bake cake layers of 30-35 minutes (for round forms, 35-40 - for square). Cool.
For glaze shake up the kindled cooled chocolate with other ingredients to homogeneous ropish consistence.
Miss the mark with glaze slightly between cake layers and fill in from above. Let's pie grab in the refrigerator.
Make side for pie of wafer rolls, they can be fastened both glaze, and any chocolate paste.
