Ingredients for Nutella's recipe:

milk – 4 glasses;
kernels of hazelnuts (peanut or walnut) – 3-4 tbsps;
granulated sugar – 4 Art.;
wheat flour – 4 tbsps;
dark cocoa powder – 6 tbsps;
desi – 1 pack;
salt – teaspoon half.

Preparation:

1. We connect granulated sugar, cocoa and flour in bowl.

2. Then gradually small portions we pour milk and at once we stir that there were no lumps.

3. After all milk is poured out, we pour contents in kastryulka and we put on fire.

4. We bring mix to the boil on weak fire, constantly stirring slowly that has not burned slightly and has not stuck to bottom pan.

5. Further we add the nutlets crushed in the blender or pounded in mortar, oil; we salt and mix.

6. We cook Nutellu on slow fire, without forgetting to disturb, before solidification.

Ready Nutella we cool, we shift in jar with cover and we store in the refrigerator. Nutella welded in such a way in house conditions turns out homogeneous, elastic and is well smeared on sandwiches, cookies, etc.
