Donuts with sugar and cinnamon
Ingredients:
Flour of 360 g
Sugar of 120 g
Baking powder of 1,5 h. l.
Milk of 180 ml
Desi of 110 g
Egg of 1 piece.
Nutmeg of grated 0,5 h. l.
Cinnamon of 1 h. l.
Sugar of 2 tablespoons.
To mix flour, sugar and baking powder in bowl.
To add milk.
To kindle oil and to add to flour mix.
Slightly to shake up egg in small bowl and to add to dough, carefully to shake up.
To add nutmeg, to shake up.
To put dough in big pastry bag.
To warm the device for baking of donuts. To sprinkle a little antiprigarny spray and to lay out dough in deepenings.
To bake donuts about 4 minutes, to overturn and continue to bake 4 more minutes that were reddened from both parties.
To mix cinnamon with sugar.
To pour into package with the closed top.
To put ready donuts in package with sugar and cinnamon and to shake that have become covered with mix.
