Preparation:
1. Onions are peeled, we cut lengthways in half and we slice feathers.
2. Tomatoes it is peeled of fruit stems, we scald boiled water and we husk. It is better to remove seeds with liquid. We cut segments. Olives it is cut lengthways in half.
3. Garlic is small cut. We connect all vegetables, we salt a little and we add to them Provence herbs, fennel seeds (or fennel) and peppercorn (seeds and pepper it is possible potoloch in mortar).
