Chicken croquets
Ingredients:
500g chicken fillet
1 egg
50g corn flour
? tsps of salt
? tsps of sprinkling pepper to chilidobavta in forcemeat egg, mix.
500ml vegetable oil
1 paprika
100g cherry tomato
Make homogeneous forcemeat by means of the blender of chicken fillet.
Add egg to forcemeat, mix.
Add corn flour (tablespoon), salt and it is a little Chile. If croquets are eaten by children, it is better for Chile not to put. Mix.
On the strewed flour of surface roll balls the size slightly more walnut. For each ball it is necessary to take mix teaspoon.
In stewpan warm oil for hot fan. Lower balls in the small portions (5-7 pieces) there and fry till light-golden color about 3 minutes.
Take out ready croquets skimmer and spread on towel or napkin to remove excess fat.
Thus prepare croquets from all forcemeat.
Cut pepper small squares the size approximately about croquet. Wash up and dry cherry. String croquets on wooden skewers alternately with vegetables. There are croquets better at once, so far they warm.
