Ingredients:
Yeastless puff pastry 250g
2-3 apples
Icing sugar
Water + sugar for syrup
Preparation:
1. To divide apples into 4 parts, to remove core, to cut very thin segments, 2-3 mm.
2. To boil segments in sugar syrup to softness (minutes 3-5).
3. On strip to put segments of fruit.
4. To curtail, as shown in photo.
5. The end of dough to adjust baking plate ready leg-base crabmeat.
6. To bake on greased baking sheet at 180C 10-15 minutes. To strew ready leg-base crabmeats with icing sugar.
