Vegetable marrows in sour cream
Ingredients for 6 portions:
- 1 bulb
- 2 medium-sized vegetable marrows
- 1 green pepper
- garlic
- 1 glass of sour cream
- 1 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- salt
Preparation:
1. To fry onions in oil.
