Ingredients:

3 kg of the vegetable marrows (cleared)
2 tbsps of salt
1 tbsps of black pepper
6 tbsps of sugar
1 Art. of sunflower oil
parsley bunch
fennel bunch
1 Art. of 9% vinegar
1 or 2 tbsps of the squeezed-out garlic (on your taste).

Preparation:

It is desirable to take vegetable marrows not milk, but rather mature that the pulp was firm. To cut on slices 1 cm thick (look that these slices resembled the cut mushrooms a little superficially).
