Thin pancakes with spicy apple filling

Ingredients:

Apples (160 g) of 2 pieces.
Desi of 20 g
Granulated sugar of 75 g
Mineral water of 45 ml
Cinnamon of ground ? tsps.
Carnation of 2 pieces.
Lemon juice of 5 ml
Wheat flour of 100 g
Egg of 2 pieces.
Milk of 175 ml
Salt of 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil of 45 ml

Let's begin with sauce. Clean apples, remove core, cut. In stewpan kindle desi, vsypta slices of apples. Add sugar, water, lemon juice. Stirring slowly, hold on small fire.
