Shrimps with rice
Ingredients:
500 g of the crude cleared shrimps
1 teaspoon of corn starch
? teaspoons of salt
? teaspoons of ground black pepper
3 tablespoons of rape or any vegetable oil
4 eggs which are shaken up
? cups of the green onions which are small cut
5 cups of boiled rice
1 ? cups of the frozen mix from carrots and peas to defreeze and merge liquid
2 ? - 3 tablespoons of soy-bean sauce
1 ? teaspoon of sesame oil
Preparation:
1. In average bowl mix shrimps, corn starch, salt, pepper. Leave to be pickled at the room temperature within 10 minutes.
2. Heat big frying pan on strong fire. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on frying pan. Put shrimps on hot frying pan in one layer. Fry about 1 minute from each party, or to readiness. Take out shrimps in separate bowl.
3. In the same frying pan pour out frothed eggs and prepare on average fire, stirring slowly, before solidification. Remove the prepared omelet in bowl.
4. Wipe frying pan paper towel and put on strong fire. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and green onions and fry before emergence of aroma.
5. Add rice to onions and well mix. Distribute rice evenly on bottom of frying pan and prepare 1-2 minutes, mix and fry 1-2 more minutes.
6. Water rice with 2 tablespoons of soy-bean sauce and well mix.
7. Add sesame oil and vegetables and again well mix.
8. Also add the prepared shrimps and boiled eggs and once again well mix. Roast rice that it was well warmed a little. Add one more tablespoon of soy-bean sauce to taste if it is necessary. Give hot.
