Rolls with strawberry cream

Ingredients:
Rolls:
4 glasses of flour
1 tablespoon of icing sugar
240 g of dense cream
240 ml of milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla

Preparation:
Heat oven to 190 °c, lay baking tray paper for pastries.
Sift flour together with the sugar. In separate bowl mix cream, milk and vanilla.
Gradually pour in flour mix and slowly mix knife with flat edge.
Shift the kneaded dough to finishing surface and porazminayta his hands.
Roll dough and cut out rolls form. Shift to baking tray and bake 12-15 minutes.

Strawberry cream:
150 ml of gutsy cream
150 g is fresher than some strawberry
1 tablespoon of icing sugar

Preparation:
Wash up strawberry and remove roots.
Cut strawberry in half and throw in the blender together with sugar. Shake up to homogeneous mass. In separate bowl shake up nimbus cream to dense consistence. Connect both mixes and shake up in the blender within 10-20 seconds.

Give rolls together with cream.
