Rolls from unleavened wheat cake with the Crab kebab crabsticks
Ingredients:
Unleavened wheat cake thin with a diameter of 23 cm - 4 leaves
Crabsticks - 12 pieces.
Boiled eggs - 3 pieces.
Mayonnaise - 100 g.
Sour cream - 100 g.
Fennel - 1 bunch
Chives or thin green onions - 1 bunch
Mix of ground pepper - to taste
Water - 4 tbsps.
Small we chop boiled egg.
We do the same with crabsticks.
Crabsticks and eggs it is put in deep bowl, there we pour out chopped fennel and green onions.
We add sour cream and mayonnaise, we pepper to taste. Salt, as a rule, here is not required as salinity of crabsticks and mayonnaise will be enough.
Thoroughly we mix and adds absolutely slightly waters (about 4 Art. of l) to receive consistence of liquid Russian salad. Everything will depend on density of sour cream therefore you can independently regulate number of gas station.
Evenly we distribute the prepared weight according to leaf of unleavened wheat cake.
We twist dense roll.
We tighten roll in film and we leave in the refrigerator for the night (approximately for 8 hours). It is very important that roll has well become impregnated: the unleavened wheat cake has to merge practically with stuffing.
Ready rolls it is cut on slices about 2 cm wide and we give to table as cold appetizer. It is better to cut roll just before giving, differently the stuffing will zavetrivatsya and the dish will quickly lose attractiveness.
