Raspberry jam with vanilla
Ingredients:
250 g of raspberry
Juice of half of lemon
2 tablespoons
500 g of sugar
Vanilla (1 vanilla bean, 1 tablespoon of vanillin)
Preparation:
Lay out raspberry, juice and 2 tablespoons of water in kastryulka and bring to the boil.
Reduce temperature and leave to cook for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and mix before full dissolution.
Scrape off vanilla bean and leave to boil for 10 minutes.
Taste jam and if it is not ready leave to cook for 5 minutes. Pour jam in bank and give.
