Ingredients:
dough:
600-650 grams of the peeled crude potatoes;

2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste;

1-2 tomatoes for ornament.
Preparation:
1. On large grater we rub the peeled potatoes. We drive in egg, we add sour cream and fennel, and also black sprinkling pepper, dried garlic and salt. Carefully we mix.
2. We oil frying pan vegetable, without forgetting to grease also sides. We spread potato layer, pressing down it. We fry about 15 minutes on average fire (at me 6 of 12).
3. Further it is necessary to turn our basis. I do it by means of several plates. To whom it is interesting, I will explain on demand It is necessary to make so that the basis has appeared on parchment which is necessary in order that then quickly and easily to transfer pizza to plate. We smear potato dough with tomato paste.
4. Over tomato paste we put mute grated cheese, then meat - at me the stewed beef taken to small pieces. As I already wrote, it is possible to use sausage, ham, boiled fish and any other meat or fish stuffing.
