Quick pear and nut pie
1 pie of 6 portions.
Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry
2 pears.
50 gr. sugar.
1/2 ch.l. cinnamon.
100 gr. nuts (almonds, walnuts, black fox and, or pistachio nuts).
1 egg.
25 gr. desi.
To warm oven to 180 °C.
In the food processor crush nuts with oil and sugar.
Cut pears on slices. Sprinkle lemon for prevention of oxidation.
Powder form for pie with flour. Lay out rolled dough on form so that edges hanged down.
Lay out nut mix on dough bottom, close the pear slices which are laid out in a row. Inwrap dough inside and grease all pie with frothed eggs. Bake to golden crust. Slightly cool and give.
