Pork chop grill in Crown
Ingredients:
8 pork chops
Marinade:
1 glass of beer Crown
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of Sali
dried peel and juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon of honey
Preparation:
In bowl mix beer, sugar and salt before dissolution. Add juice, lime dried peel, cilantro and honey. Shake up to homogeneous mass. Cut off fat from chops. Lay out chops in bowl with marinade and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. In 15 minutes prior to grill get meat from the refrigerator, throw out marinade and then fry chops on grill from both parties.
