PANCAKES SCALDED
Ingredients:
flour - 1 glass;
kefir - 1 glass;
water (boiled water) - 1 glass;
egg - 2 pieces;
soda - on knife tip;
salt - 1/2 tsps;
sugar - 2 tbsps;
vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsps.
Preparation:
To shake up eggs before emergence of light foam, to add salt.
To pour in glass of boiled water in eggs and to continue to shake up.
Then add glass of kefir.
Flour to sift, mix with soda and on spoon to add to liquid. Carefully to stir that lumps were not formed. To add spoon of sugar and vegetable oil.
To take frying pan for pancakes, it is good to warm up, grease rast. oil for the first time and to bake on it thin pancakes. To fry from two parties till beautiful golden-brown color. Very gentle, soft, tasty pancakes.
