Pie Masha
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 bank of concentrated milk
150 gr desi (it is possible margarine)
1 glass of flour
1 h. l. baking powder
1 bank of concentrated milk (for cream)
150 gr desi (for cream)
1 tablespoons of cocoa (for cream)
1 tablespoons of rum or cognac (for cream)
Preparation:
To pound soft desi with concentrated milk, to add eggs, flour and baking powder.
It is good to mix everything, dough has to it will turn out not dense, as sour cream.
Depending on the form size to bake 3 or 4 cake layers.
For cream it is desirable to boil concentrated milk within 1 hour that cream was not liquid.
To bring down the cooled-down concentrated milk with oil, to add cocoa and rum.
To grease cake layers with cream, and also to grease sides at pie.
To decorate on the discretion. To allow pie to stand in the refrigerator of 4-6 hours.
