3 bananas;
150 g of flour;
1 tbsps of granulated sugar;
1 egg;
50 gr milk;
50 gr bitter chocolate;
20 gr cream (fat content of 33%);
1 ch.l baking powder;
1 tsps of vegetable oil;
pinch of vanilla sugar.
Preparation:
1. To add cream, egg, vegetable oil to milk. To shake up.
2. Flour to sift, add granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder. To mix.
3. Into dry ingredients it is entered liquid! but not on the contrary. Carefully to mix.
4. Dough is ready. It has to be consistences of dense sour cream.
5. To cut bananas on slices 2-3 cm.
6. To dunk each slice of banana into batter, to allow excesses of batter to flow down and fry in well warmed vegetable oil. Oil has to cover banana on half.
7. To lay out the fried bananas on paper towel to remove excesses of oil. Then to put on banana slices skewers.
8. To kindle chocolate on water bath. To water the fried bananas with the kindled chocolate.

5) To lay out everything layers in the following order: at first biscuit + coffee with amaretto, then vanilla cream, then bananas and from above whipped cream. To repeat layers.
6) To decorate ready dessert (at will) with almond petals and kernels of coffee.
