Pie from walnuts with jam
Ingredients:
Walnut - 130 g
Sugar - 150 g
Desi - 113 g
Egg - 4 pieces
Vanillin - 1chaynaya spoon
Flour - 65 g
Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoons
Top:
Lemon (juice) - 1 teaspoon
Jam (blackcurrant, apricot or raspberry) - 150 g
Fat cream - 160 g
Sour cream - 60 g
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Vanillin - 1/2 teaspoons
Preparation:
Strongly shake up cream with sour cream, sugar and vanilla that weight did not settle.
Shake up jam with lemon juice.
Dry walnuts in oven at 140 degrees of 10 minutes. Cool.
Grind the dried-up nuts together with sugar in the blender. Add oil, eggs, vanillin and shake up again. Vsypte flour, baking powder, salt. Shake up to homogeneous mass and pour dough in the oiled baking pan.
Bake in the warmed oven (140 degrees) of 30-35 minutes. Check for readiness (toothpick). On the cooled pie smear jam with lemon.
Lay out whipped cream.
