Pie Black magic on kefir
Ingredients:
In the recipe 1 glass = 250 gr
1 3/4 glasses of flour
2 glasses of sugar
3/4 glasses of cocoa powder
2 tsps of soda
1 tsps of baking powder
1 tsps of salt
2 eggs
1 glass of the strong made coffee
1 glass of kefir
1/2 glasses of vegetable oil
1 tsps of vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
Preparation:
1. Warm oven to 180 C. Oil and strew with flour two round baking dishes.
2. In big bowl mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, baking powder and salt. In the center make pole.
3. Add eggs, coffee, kefir, vegetable oil and vanilla. Shake up within 2 minutes at average speed. Dough will be liquid. Pour out in the prepared forms.
4. Bake in previously warmed oven within 30 - 40 minutes, or so far the stick inserted into the middle of pie will not begin to leave pure. Let's cool down within 10 minutes, and then get from forms and let's cool down completely on lattice. Interlay and grease with cream at will.
Chocolate cover: desi to kindle, add cocoa. Then to pour icing sugar, milk and teaspoon of vanilla extract. It is good to stir that there were no lumps. To add small amount of milk if glaze has turned out dense.
80 gr desi
100 gr cocoa
200 gr icing sugar
100 ml of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
