Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 Art. of sugar
4 Art. of flour
4 tbsps of honey
soda tsp floor
For cream:
1 l. sour creams (house, fat)
2 Art. of icing sugar
vanillin
Preparation:
To shake up eggs with sugar, to add gradually flour.
To add to dough of the kindled honey.
To add soda extinguished vinegar / lemon juice or baking powder.
To roll dough, to create cake layers. I have rectangular shape, 5 cake layers have turned out.
Previously to warm oven to 180 gr.
To bake each cake layer apprx. 6-8 min.
To allow cake layers to cool down. I impregnated with cognac with cherry syrup
We prepare cream. To shake up sour cream with icing sugar and vanillin.
To smear each cake layer with cream.
To sprinkle sides and top with crumb. Dough at me was enough exactly for 6 cake layers therefore has crushed cookies pack.
To put in the refrigerator minimum for 6 hours that has well become impregnated.
