How to make onions ringlets
Ingredients:
Onion of 2 heads
Egg of 2 pieces
It is swept away 100 g
Wheat flour of 100 g
Salt 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. To cut through onions ringlets 6 mm thick.
2. To Obdat ringlets in colander boiled water.
3. For batter: to shake up eggs, to add salt and sour cream, to implicate flour. Consistence as on fritters.
4. To dip ringlets into batter.
5. To warm oil in frying pan, accurately to fry ringlets from two parties till golden color.
It is possible to give with tomato or white garlick sauce.
