House chocolate cakes
Ingredients:
- Desi — 80 g
- Cocoa powder — 40 g
- Cane sugar — 145 g
- Egg — 2 pieces
- Wheat flour — 60 g
- Baking powder — 1/2 teaspoons
- Dark chocolate — 100 g
Preparation:
1. Warm oven to 180 degrees. Oil baking tray of 20 by 30 cm in size and lay paper for pastries.
2. In pan kindle desi. Remove from fire and add cocoa, sugar and eggs. Sift flour, baking powder and pinch of salt and add to oil mix.
3. Well mix and add small broken-down chocolate. Shift dough in form and bake 30 minutes to readiness. Leave in shape for 10 minutes, then shift to dish and cool. Cut on slices.
