Ginger ale
Ingredients:
200 g of the fresh ginger which is small cut
The crust of lemon from 1 lemon to cut wide strips
? glass of sugar
Cold sparkling water
Ice
Preparation:
1. Lay out ginger, crust of lemon and 2 glasses of water in average pan. Bring to the boil on big fire, and then cook on small under the closed cover about 10 minutes.
2. Add sugar, periodically stirring slowly continue to cook about 15 more minutes, so far liquid not to decrease to 1,5 glasses.
3. Filter mix, having thrown out ginger and crust.
4. Cool syrup, pour in the glass container. Densely close and put to be cooled for hour to cold state (to store about one week).
5. When giving mix ? glasses of ale with 1 glass of sparkling water. Throw generously ice. At desire add in addition sugar.
