Chicken in juicy marinadeIngredients:
chicken meat (any parts) of 500 g
soy-bean sauce of 3 St of l
mustard of 1 St of l
ketchup of 1 St of l
eggs crude 2 pieces
salt, the black pepper ground (or red)
paprika sweet ground by 1 h l
Preparation:
We cut chicken on small slices and we pickle in soy-bean sauce of 30 min.
Then we add to it mustard, ketchup, eggs, salt, pepper. We mix and leave for 1 hour.
We warm frying pan with oil and we spread meat.
We fry from all directions on average fire to golden crust. We strew with paprika. We mix and close cover.
We fry on slow fire, stirring slowly, 20 min. If juice from chicken is not enough, to add waters a little.
On garnish it is possible to serve mashed potatoes, rice or vegetables.
