Strawberry Rahat lakoumIngredients:
200 g of the frozen strawberry
15 g of instant gelatin
150 g of icing sugar
1/2 pieces of lemon
Preparation:
To crush fresh strawberry in the blender to uniformity. If the frozen strawberry is used - slightly to defreeze that, and then to crush together with the emitted juice.
We add gelatin to strawberry weight, we allow it to bulk up a little. Then we add to the weight of 120 grams of icing sugar and lemon juice, properly we mix and we heat on slow fire. We cook, gelatin will not be dissolved yet, but we do not boil at all!
We remove mix from fire and we cool. Then by means of the mixer of 5-6 minutes we shake up - weight has to become more dense and light.
We take convenient formochka for hardening, we put in it wax paper, and from above we fill in our strawberry weight. We level and put in cool place for 5-6 hours for hardening.
We get the stiffened strawberry rahat lakoum from formochka, we strew with icing sugar, we cut on cubes and we give.
