Fish in potato crust
Ingredients:
4 carcasses of tilapia (or other white fish, for example, cods, haddocks, etc.)
2 eggs
4 potatoes
2 tablespoons of flour + flour for boning
sunflower oil
salt
Potato we rub on large grater. We wring out hands that excess moisture has left.
We add eggs, flour, salt and we mix.
Carcasses of tilapia it is rolled from two parties in flour.
From two parties we press potato weight to fish. Accurately we put fish on frying pan with the warmed oil. We fry on average fire.
When on the one hand the crust is reddened, we overturn on another. We reduce fire and we fry to readiness.
