The canneloni stuffed with meat in creamy cheese sauce
Ingredients:
- 12 canneloni
- 150 g of chopped veal
- 150 g of minced beef
- 150 g of grated Parmesan
- 30 g of olive oil
- 1 bulb
- salt and pepper to taste
- Bechamel sauce
- 900 ml. milk
- 100 ml. cream
- 50 g of desi
- 50 g of flour
Recipe of sauce:
On slow fire we kindle oil, we add flour and mixing it is filled in with hot milk with cream, avoiding emergence of lumps. After emergence of homogeneous mass, we add nutmeg, salt and we remove from fire.
Stuffing:
We roast onions in olive oil, we add meat.
Previously we boil canneloni in salty water, about 4 minutes. We fill in bottom of form with sauce on 5 mm. Teaspoon we fill canneloni with stuffing and we stack the first layer which we strew with parmesan.
Then we stack the second layer, we fill in form with sauce and we strew with the remained cheese.
We put in oven for 20 minutes at temperature of 190 degrees.
Quickly and nourishingly.
