Burenka pie

Ingredients:

For dough:
Desi / margarine of 200 g
Sugar of 150 g
Egg of 1 piece
Flour of 350 g
Egg of 1 piece
Cocoa powder of 50 g
Baking powder of 10 g

For stuffing:
Low-fat cottage cheese of 600 g
Desi of 100 g
Sugar of 150 g
Vanillin of 1 tsp.
Starch of 1,5 tbsps.
Egg of 4 pieces

Preparation:

1. Step
Dough: To pound oil with sugar, to add all other products according to the list, carefully kneading. To distribute hands dough on bottom and walls of form, having left small slice of test for specks for cow!

2. Step
Stuffing: To shake up cottage cheese + oil with sugar and vanillin. To add starch. On one to add eggs, mixing and then to shake up minimum long time, only, that eggs have completely interfered. To pour out stuffing on dough.

3. Step
Further we create any flat cakes specks of the remained slice of dough and we distribute them over cottage cheese. We put in the oven warmed to 170 degrees for 50 min.

4. Step
We allow to cool down completely at the room temperature. And then we put in the refrigerator (for about 3 hours).
