Preparation:

2. We cut oil in small cubes, we add to flour.
3. Also we fray flour with oil in crumb. We add sugar and it is well mixed.
4. We peel apples. We grate half of apples on large grater, half it is small cut. At me it has turned out largely here, it is necessary more small
5. Dobvlyaem apples in flour. Well we mix. Gradually dobavyaly milk, on tablespoon, we knead soft dough. At me only 2 tbsps of milk have left.
6. We spread the turned-out dough on podpylenny flour board. We knead during couple of minutes. We roll dough about 1 cm thick.
7. Also we cut out skona sharp formochka. Formochka shall be sharp that layers were not damaged, differently skona badly rise. The cup will not be suitable for this business.
8. We spread skona on baking tray, we grease from above with milk and slightly we sugar, it is desirable light-brown. Also we send to oven approximately for 20-25 minutes. My skona were baked 25 minutes.
9. We take out from oven ready skona and to perekladyva on plate or lattice, to be cooled.

2. We do dough! We shake up oil (120g) with sugar (200g) and egg (2sht). (330g) we mix flour with baking powder (2,5ch.l.) and also I will merge (0,5ch.l.). We mix two of these mixes, gradually adding milk (1,5-2stakan). Thinnish, smetanoobrazny dough has to turn out Yo
3. We warm oven to 180*C.

2 packs of processed cheese,
70 gr. hard cheese (I have parmesan),
100 gr. desi,
2 eggs,
1 1\2 glasses of flour,
1,5 h. baking powder spoons,
2 tablespoons of sesame,
salt pinch.
Preparation:
We rub processed and hard cheese, oil on large grater.
Slightly we shake up eggs with pinch of salt and we add (couple we leave to spoon of frothed eggs for greasing of dough) to cheese and oil.
We add flour with baking powder and we knead stiffdough.
Especially we are not fond, differently oil absolutely will thaw.
We roll dough about a half of centimeter thick, we grease with egg we strew with sesame. We cut and spread on baking tray.
We warm up oven to 190 degrees and for 20 minutes we send to it our cookies.

Recipe:
* 250 g of potatoes
* 1 cup of flour
* 4 tablespoons of desi
* 0,5 h. l. salts
* 0,5 h. l. baking powder
* 2 tbsps of milk
* bacon (have done without it)
* desi for frying
Preparation
To cut potatoes on slices, and to boil. To pour out all liquid and to put on fire that all liquid would be evaporated, to rumple tolkushka.
In separate bowl to mix flour, salt and baking powder, to add small slices oil, and to pound hands oil with flour. To add pounded potato and it is good to mix. To make deepening in the middle and to add milk. To disturb hands that smooth dough would turn out. - But it is much better to make it everything in the combine. Will take exactly a minute of time.
To divide dough into 2 parts, to create 2 spheres. To put each sphere on board and to priplusnut hands so that the cake layer, approximately centimeter floor thickness would turn out. To cut on 8 parts. To fry skona on desi.

7g baking powder

Preparation:

5. Then we spread polished apples layer of approximately same thickness, we level
6. Alternating layers, we spread all dry-mix and apples, the dry layer has to be the last. I had three dry and two apple layers. From above we grate desi
7. We warm oven to 180 degrees. We bake pie within 40-45 minutes, the crust has to become ruddy
