Salad with pear and mustard dressing
It is necessary (for 2-3 portions):
200 g of ripe firm pear (1-2 pieces)
100 g of green salad
50-70 g of leek
1 h. spoon of Dijon mustard (it not sharp)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 h. spoon of wine vinegar or lemon juice
0.5 h. salt spoons
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes.
The pear needs to be cut very thin strips.
Cut leek (use only its white part) thin rings. 50-70 g are about 10 cm of stalk. Leek can perfectly be replaced with red onions. Half of large bulb will be enough.
For gas station mix oil, mustard, wine vinegar and salt.
Lay out lettuce leaves, pear and rings of onions in bowl. Pour dressing, mix and at once give. If it is necessary to prepare this salad in advance, pour dressing over it, but mix only before the giving, differently the juice emitted from pear will make salad too watery.
Want more saturated taste, add strips of the fried crunchy bacon, ham or, for example, some segments of hard goat cheese. And in such look as I prepared, this salad will become fine addition to any meat, bird or fish which you will simply bake or, say, will steam.
