Salad with the Korean carrot
Ingredients:
champignon mushrooms — 200 gr.
onion — 2 averages
eggs — 4 pieces
to fela the chicken — 300 gr.
the Korean carrot — 300 gr.
hard cheese — 100 gr.
mayonnaise
salt
Preparation:
Salad can be prepared on one big dish or on 2 averages.
1 layer. Mushrooms to wash, crumble, onions to clean and cut small and together with mushrooms to overroast on frying pan, on vegetable oil, to lay out on dish, to salt and grease with mayonnaise.
2 layer. to open eggs, small to crumble, salt and grease with mayonnaise.
3 layer. chicken to fela previously to boil and cut small, to salt to grease with mayonnaise.
4 layer. to lay out the Korean carrot, to grease with mayonnaise
5 layer. on average grater to grate cheese and to strew.
