Salad with cellophane noodles in Korean
Ingredients:
Cellophane noodles 150 gr
Carrots in Korean 200 gr
Cucumber fresh 150 gr
Sesame black 1 h l
Soy-bean sauce to taste
Preparation:
Cellophane noodles to trouble boiled water for 10 minutes, to merge water and to wash out glass vermicelli cold water. In bowl to mix cellophane noodles, carrots, to add the cucumbers cut by thin straws and black sesame, to fill salad with soy-bean sauce to taste.
