Salad from turkey, apples and avocado
Ingredients:
Fillet of turkey — 300 g
Lettuce leaves — to taste
Apple — 1 piece
Avocado — 1 piece
Paprika — 1 piece
Lemon juice — 1 Art. of l
Soy-bean sauce — 1 h. l
Mustard — 0,5 h. l
Olive oil — 5 Art. of l
Pine nuts — 3 Art. of l
Salt, pepper - to taste
Recipe of preparation:
To cut fillet of turkey on small slices, to mix with 1 ch.l soy-bean sauce and 1 ch.l olive oil and to fry on grill.
Avocado to clear and cut in cubes. Lettuce leaves to wash up, dry and tear hands on small plates.
Apple to clear, remove core and to cut straws.
Too to cut pepper straws.
To lay out everything in plate and to sprinkle lemon juice.
Sauce preparation:
to mix olive oil, vinegar and mustard.
To fill salad with the prepared sauce, to salt, pepper and well to mix. From above to strew with pine nuts.
