What to do if you need big portion to gorge on
If on big plate not enough food lies, it seems to us that we will not gorge on. As a result after meal there is feeling of hunger and dissatisfaction. If you love big portions, it is worth using garnish from boiled vegetables. Half-glass of boiled macaroni contain 87 calories, and half-glass of broccoli — 22 calories. I.e., to receive identical quantity of calories you can eat or 2 cups of broccoli or half-cup of macaroni (and such portion looks well very modestly)
