Ingredients:

Purchased puff pastry (unleavened)
Cheese Russian (I have Edam)
The Friendship processed cheese (instead of curd cake has added sausages, it is possible ham, etc.)
Flour for expansion
Egg
Ayran
Desi for form

Preparation:

We cut sausages

Cheese is grated

We roll dough

to pour out cheese and sausages, having evenly distributed on rolled dough

separately to shake up Ayran and egg

Plentifully to grease pie
And in oven at temperature 180-200gr. To bake before emergence of crust!!
