Cakes with bilberry
Ingredients:
Flour of 1 St.
Wheat flour of 1 St.
Granulated sugar of 0,5 St.
Baking powder of 2 h. l.
Salt of 0,5 h. l.
Cinnamon of 1 h. l.
Egg of 1 piece.
Milk of 1 St.
The kindled desi of 0,2 tablespoons.
Bilberry of 1,5 St.
To warm oven to 200C.
To mix dry ingredients: flour, wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
To add oil, egg and milk.
Accurately to add bilberry not to crush some berry, then to lay out dough in 12 baking cups.
At desire it is possible to strew from above with cinnamon and sugar.
To bake no more than 20 minutes. Cakes should not become brown.
According to the same recipe it is possible to bake cakes with any other berries - raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, etc.
