Brigadeyro.
In Brazil there is remarkable delicacy reminding chocolates with stuffing. Brigadeyro is called and prepares from condensed milk. Favourite delicacy of Brazilians. Only 3 ingredients, and what yum-yum!
Ingredients:
3 tbsps of cocoa powder without sugar addition
1 tbsps of desi
1 bank of concentrated milk
Preparation:
In pan of the average sizes on average fire mix cocoa, butter and condensed milk. Cook, stirring slowly until mix thickens, about 7-10 minutes. Remove from fire and let's stand until mix enough is cooled. Roll small balls, it is possible to decorate them, having rolled in in different toppings (for example to coconut flakes, icing sugar, the crushed nutlets, chocolate or multi-colored confectionery toppings).
