Ingredients:

— herring
— cucumber
— paprika
— egg - 1 piece
— one bulb
— greens (fennel, parsley - to taste)
— carrots of 2 pieces
— gelatin
— mayonnaise

Preparation:

We take 1 seledochka and we sort on 2 fillets without bones. To cut cucumber with thin plates.
We take half of paprika and we cut it small squares. To cut boiled egg and boiled carrots on small cubes.
Small to cut greens.
To wet 1 St spoon of soluble gelatin in 100 gr boiled water, to stir before full dissolution. It is good to mix 3-4 stol.lozhka of mayonnaise with 2-3 spoons of solution with gelatin.
To mix with the prepared cut stuffing for fish (the cucumber and paprika is left and we do not mix with mayonnaise).
Now we take food wrap and on it we will collect layers:
fillet half, half of egg and carrot mix, half of plates of cucumber and pepper, we repeat now: second half of egg and carrot mix, second half of plates of cucumbers and second half of fillet of herring.
Densely to inwrap in the form of sausage or rectangle by means of food wrap, to tie edges.
Also we clean for the night on cold.
Next day we get and we cut on beautiful slices.
