Apple braid with cinnamon
Ingredients:
Dough:
650 g of flour
7 g of yeast (fast action)
240 ml of milk
75 g of oil
65 g of granulated sugar
3 big eggs
Stuffing:
4 acid green apples to clear, get core and to cut on small small squares
1 red apple to clear, get core and to cut on small small squares
1,5 tablespoons of ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons of raisin to wet in tablespoon of brandy or 3 tablespoons of the boiling water
Greasing:
1/2 glasses of icing sugar
2 tablespoons of water
Preparation:
For dough. In the mixer mix half of flour with yeast. Mix milk, oil and sugar and heat so far oil will not thaw. Gradually pour in this mix in bowl of the working mixer, continuing to shake up mix. Hammer eggs, shake up at high speed several times. Vsypte other flour. Mash dough about 5 minutes.
Shift dough in the bowl oiled and close it food wrap. Leave in for 2 hours or for night that dough has increased in the amount of approximately twice.
Heat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix acid apples with sugar and cinnamon. Lay out them on baking tray and bake about 20 minutes. Get from oven and completely cool. After dough has increased twice, roll it in rectangle of 30 cm x 40 cm.
Lay out apples in cinnamon in the center, close slices of red apple and powder with raisin.
Cut edges of test for thin strips and bind them braid over stuffing. Fix edges.
Shift basket to baking tray, close towel and leave for half an hour that dough has repeatedly risen.
Heat oven to 180 degrees.
Grease basket with milk. Bake 30 minutes to golden-brown crust. Get from oven and cool.
Mix icing sugar and water and sprinkle this mix basket.
