Ingredients:

potatoes - 6 pieces.
cottage cheese - 500 g
desi - 100 g
eggs - 2 pieces.
yogurt (natural) - 250 ml

Preparation:

1. To shake up cottage cheese with the softened desi, salt and pepper in homogeneous mass. If cottage cheese very dense, it it is necessary to wipe at first through sieve. Potatoes to clear and cut very thin circles.

2. In the oiled form to lay out third of circles of potatoes, from above to distribute third of curds. To lay one more third of potatoes and cottage cheese. To lay out the remained potatoes and cottage cheese, wet rake to level surface. To cover form with foil, to tuck in edges. To put in the oven warmed to 190 °C for 1 h 10 min. To take out from oven, to remove foil.

3. To reduce oven temperature to 180 °C. To shake up eggs with yogurt, salt and pepper in light foam.
