Ingredients:
1 kg of pork (fillet),

1 big egg,
1/2 cups of beer,
3/4 cups of flour (chashka=240ml),
salt,

6. In deep frying pan we pour vegetable oil that covered surface approximately on 1-1,5 cm. As soon as oil was well warmed, we do average fire and we start spreading accurately meat spoon, each slice separately.
7. As soon as batter was reddened — we overturn. We wait until it is reddened from other party and we shift spoon full of holes to plate with paper towel which will absorb excess oil. Batter turns out very crunchy!
8. All! We water crunchy slices with sweet-sour sauce! On garnish white rice or rice with pineapple which we water with soy-bean sauce well approaches, and we wash down all with nonfermented tea.
