- oil – 300 g;
- milk – ? liters;
- sugar – glass.

For watering:
- proteins – 6 pieces;
- sugar – glass.

Preparation:

1. Pound margarine with flour. Then add sugar, baking powder, sour cream, yolks and knead dough. After, divide it into three parts and spread out dough in forms.
2. Trouble Macque. Then pound with sugar, add oil and eggs. At the end add baking powder, flour and knead.
3. For watering beat whites with sugar.
4. On the first cake layer lay out dried apricots, on the second – the nuts crushed on the third – poppy filling.

For sauce:
Carrots – 1 piece.
Onion – 2 heads
Chicken broth – 1l
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

Preparation:

To prepare dough. For this purpose to add egg, vegetable oil and gradually water to sifted flour. To knead dough and to leave for 10-15 minutes will calm down. Meanwhile to prepare forcemeat.

6. Soda – 3 h. l.
7. Flour – 8-10 St.
8. Sour cream (20%, are better fatter) – 1800 gr.
9. Coffee (soluble) – 1 tablespoon.
10. Water (boiled water) – 1 tablespoon.
11. Thickener (for sour cream) – 2-3 bags
12. Walnuts (for powder) – 50 gr.

Preparation:
In big pan to dissolve on plate honey with oil and margarine, to add soda, it is good to stir nimbus (or the mixer) and to remove from fire.
To add eggs, on one, well shaking up, and it is good to mix sugar.
Gradually to add flour, disturbing hands or rake, to dense dough.
To divide the received dough on 23-24 part
To roll each part it is very thin
To cut out cake layers
Conveniently to transfer to baking tray, having reeled up on rolling pin
To bake at temperature of 180 degrees approximately minutes 5 till golden-brown color.
To collect offcuts from cake layers for pie powder.

To prepare cream:
To dissolve coffee in boiled water.

sugar – 1/2 glasses;
flour – 2-2,5 glasses;
cocoa – 2 tablespoons.
for cream and glaze:
sour cream fat - 400 g;
sugar - 150 g;
poppy - 25 g.

For preparation of light and chocolate dough connect ingredients: sour cream, the softened margarine, flour, sugar, soda (it is possible not to extinguish) and cocoa in two different bowls.

Knead magnificent dough and divide everyone into 2 parts, as a result it will turn out 2 light speak rapidly and 2 chocolate.
