Minced meat balls in Turkish
Ingredients:
Forcemeat from turkey of 500 g
Ground pork of 200 g
Crackers Breading 0,2 St.
Eggs of 1 piece.
Egg white of 1 piece.
Lime of 1 piece.
Chestnut of 110 g
Hot soy-bean sauce of 2 tablespoons.
Sesame oil of 2 tablespoons.
Cilantro of 50 g
Root of ginger of 1 piece.
Garlic 4 tooth.
Honey of 1 tablespoon.
Sauce of Ranch of 1 h. l.
Mayonnaise of 150 ml
Juice of lime of 1 tablespoon.
To warm oven to 260C. To prepare two baking sheets, to oil.
To mix all ingredients with big bowl. Chatelno to mix everything. To roll balls from the turned-out mix, to place quenelles on baking tray.
To bake in oven about 15 minutes.
For sauce: to mix mayonnaise with sauce Huixing, with juice of half of lime, and teaspoon of sauce of Sriracha. To serve quenelles with sauce
