Lemon and garlick fillet of fish
Ingredients:
Fillet of tilapia or carp – 4 pieces
Lemon – ? pieces
Desi – 3 tablespoons
Garlic – 1 clove
Parsley – 2 tablespoons
Salt – ? teaspoons
Pepper – to taste
In averages of the sizes bowl squeeze out garlic through press
Add juice of half of lemon and the kindled desi.
Then add small cut parsley, salt and pepper.
Shake up before receiving homogeneous mass that spices have well mixed up.
Prepare fillet of fish lay out on baking tray (if you have form not antiprigarny, it is in that case better to lay foil). Grease fillet with sauce.
Put baking tray in the warmed oven to 190 degrees for 6-8 minutes, then increase temperature and bake about 3-5 more minutes so far fish will not become through opaque (opaque).
